We are a law firm in Sidney, Montana, with an emphasis on personal injury and wrongful death claims, claims against a wide assortment of insurance companies, product liability, family law including divorces and parenting plans, real estate, business and corporation law and tribal law. We are licensed in all state and federal courts in the States of Montana and North Dakota. In addition, we are licensed in the Fort Peck Tribal Court of the Assiniboine and Sioux Tribes, Poplar, Montana.
We bring a combined experience of over 50 years in representing our clients throughout Eastern Montana and Western North Dakota having appeared before the Montana Supreme Court on multiple occasions.
